Day 4 - Europe 2013

Many of our group left the hotel around 8:30 this morning to tour the inside of Westminster Abbey. Sarah Steele led this rogue adventure. Christian passed on this trip. It was very wonderful to be inside this historic house of worship and see all the memorials and graves within. No pictures were allowed.

We got back to the Hotel and bus just in time to grab lunch to go and check out. We are traveling via bus to Portsmouth and the D-Day Museum.

The museum is in Portsmouth Ohio and was wonderful. Care was taken to show the role and impact of and on the people of Portsmouth.

We then took a Brittany Ferry overnight to Caen / Normandy.
